I’m Melisa, a strategic yet hands-on data leader with 12+ years working at the intersection of technology and business. I help companies build the analytics capabilities they need to grow: from a single source of truth to the dashboards, automation and AI products built on top of it.

I work with companies at every stage of data maturity: standing up a central data warehouse from scattered sources, or bringing an outside perspective and pragmatic solutions to teams that already have analytics in place. Along the way I coach teams on data literacy and help hire for data roles.
